On this Turkey Day, you might want to think ahead to the next big holiday dinner and look for ways to minimize the gut-breadth bump — or, if you’re partial to LEDs, to Dec. 6, date of the upcoming Ukiah Truckers Light Parade, when local and regional owner-operators, the local fire department, various motorcycle clubs and others light up and ride through town. Ukiah’s off U.S. 101 between San Francisco and Eureka in northern California. The parade’s a long-running tradition.
