Thomas Mack drives this 1999 Peterbilt 379 hauling grain and feed in a 100-mile radius of his family’s Waterville, Minn., farm. Mack, his brother and father did an engine overhaul and partial restoration on the truck last year. The rig sports a 12.7-liter Detroit 60 Series with a 13-speed Fuller. The truck has a total of 1.6 million miles on it, but only about 50,000 since the engine rebuild and restoration.
