Richie “Diesel” Smith drives this 2016 Peterbilt 389 glider hauling chicken from the Southeast to Oklahoma, then processed meat from Oklahoma to California, then produce back to Florida. The truck is powered by a 500-hp Detroit with an Eaton-Fuller 13-speed. The trailer is a 2016 Vanguard with a Carrier reefer unit.
