The 2025 PKY Truck Beauty Championship, part of the Mid-America Trucking Show, wrapped up Saturday morning with the awards ceremony, during which dozens of truck owners were recognized for their hard work and dedication in building pristine custom trucks.

The competition fielded 175 total trucks competing for prizes, show organizers said.

The big award for the week, the Big Rig Build-Off Champion, went to a truck builder who's just getting his start on the custom scene himself -- Luke Rethwisch, son of longtime custom truck builder Bill Rethwisch. Luke Rethwisch, who won $25,000 for earning top honors in the Build-Off, showed a 1987 Peterbilt 359.
