Oliver Rubber PD Drive Oliver Rubber’s PD Drive is an open-shouldered drive-position retread for line-haul and regional applications and has been verified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s SmartWay program for low rolling resistance. The company’s proprietary tread compounding is engineered to resist wear, while the open shoulder is designed for increased traction. Suited for single- and tandem-axle tractors, the PD Drive has 22/32nds of tread depth and is available in sizes 205, 215, 220 and 230.
