This 1986 Peterbilt 359 is owned by George Foskit of Delta, Utah. Foskit bought the truck from a local concrete company and did a full cosmetic restoration. The rig has a Caterpillar engine with a 15-speed Roadranger, 44,000-pound rears and 18,000-pound front axle. Foskit drives for for Mountain View Dairy, also of Delta, Utah. He pulls a Trinity belt trailer hauling silage and commodities for the dairy’s 5,000 milking cows.
