Recipe

1/4 cup skim milk
1 banana, sliced
1 container light yogurt
Large scoop pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon flax seed (or oats)
Dash of pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg and cinnamon)

Blend until smooth.
