‘Ice Road Truckers’ star Todd Dewey talks trucking career, recent struggles in podcast

Todd Dewey, one of the stars on The History Channel’s “Ice Road Truckers” reality show, hasn’t had the easiest year in 2016, writes Overdrive sister site Truckers News Editor David Hollis.

Hollis recently sat down with Dewey for a three-part podcast in which the trucker discusses a tire explosion on the job that resulted in four eye surgeries, working with his father, getting started driving truck, and hauling logs in the Pacific Northwest.
