Restored '86 Peterbilt 359 hauls oversized freight

Ben Burcham bought this 1986 Peterbilt 359EXHD in 2021 and restored it himself. The truck, powered by a 3406B Cat with a twin-stick transmission, works weekly and runs mostly oversized flatbed freight. The truck won Best Long Nose at a truck show in Mobile, Alabama, last fall, and was on display at the American Truck Historical Society booth at the 2023 Mid-America Trucking Show by invitation, Burcham said.
