Truck drivers in the Daytona/Ormond Beach area next weekend need to plan ahead for parking as the annual Biketoberfest motorcycle festival descends on the area Oct. 18-21.
The Love’s Travel Stops location, which is located next door to Daytona Harley Davidson, will be fuel-and-go for truckers for the duration of the event. Long-term parking will not be available.
In past years, increased traffic from the motorcycles, combined with truckers waiting to fuel, has caused major traffic jams and forced state troopers to close the exit.
