The online contest, also featured on Facebook, challenges users to guess the make of a truck based on a photo of just the bumper. Users with correct answers will be entered into a random drawing to win Alliance merchandise.
“Since its launch, the Alliance Truck Parts online bumper configuration tool has been extremely successful, allowing our customers to create custom bumpers for a wide range of truck makes and models,” explains Todd Biggs, director of parts and service marketing for Daimler Trucks North America. “Through this contest, we’re giving truckers a chance to test their knowledge of bumpers, win some really cool prizes along the way and of course, brag to their friends. We are encouraging all truckers to try their hand at the #BumperStumper contest and also upload photos of their own customized bumpers for others to see and appreciate.”
The contest will run for three weeks, through September 13, with a new bumper image posted twice a week.
