Mack rolls out new website

Mack Trucks says it has — in conjunction with its recently updated branding initiatives — updated its website (macktrucks.com), aiming at ease of use by customers. 

The site is optimized for mobile devices and “serves as a straightforward source of information about Mack’s products and services and helps customers connect with local Mack dealers,” the truck maker says. 

The website allows buyers to search for the Mack model best suited for their application — highway, construction, refuse, heavy-haul and alt fuel, says Mack — and learn more about support services like Mack’s GuardDog diagnostics and repair scheduling and the Mack Pedigree Uptime Protection plan.

It will also soon have a forum where customers can submit questions to Mack and upload photos of their trucks.
