The new LoadPal app for Android and iOS mobile device users, from the Microdea company, is designed with independent owner-operators in mind, offering a way to manage invoices to freight partners and streamline freight payment collections, rate confirmation approvals and other load-document management.

LoadPal’s $60/month standard subscription fee enabled sharing the login for business use associated with a truck, meaning multiple users can use the same login. “Our next focus area is to support multiple users/trucks and the ability to assign loads via smartphone/tablet,” says company Digital Marketing Manager Bennett Fitzgibbon.LoadPal’s $60/month standard subscription fee enabled sharing the login for business use associated with a truck, meaning multiple users can use the same login. “Our next focus area is to support multiple users/trucks and the ability to assign loads via smartphone/tablet,” says company Digital Marketing Manager Bennett Fitzgibbon.

“We are excited for owner-operators to start using this app, because we know it has the power to improve
both their business and their day-to-day life,” said Steve Divitkos, CEO of Microdea, “adding dollars to their bottom line and taking away hours of paperwork headache.”

All trip documents and accessorials can be scanned, signed and sent via email to any shipper or broker of the driver’s choosing. Once sent, owner-operators can track their outstanding invoices and set up automatic-reminder emails and late notices. All scanned documents can also be stored for accounting and compliance purposes.

The company is offering a 30-day free trial, and standard charges of $60/month for a subscription to the service follow.
