Although Overdrive‘s Pride & Polish will not be held in its traditional in-person format this year, there are still dozens of stand-out rigs competing in seven categories in this year’s virtual event.
Voting for the contest opened last week and is available here through midnight, Aug. 16.
To vote, all you have to do is select your favorites from each of the seven categories – Working Bobtail, 2013 and older; Working Bobtail, 2014-2021; Working Combo, 2015 and older; Working Combo, 2016-2021; Antique; Interior; and Limited Mileage.
Finalists and winners will be presented Aug. 28 in a virtual event streamed on Overdrive’s Facebook page as part of Overdrive’s GATS Week, Aug. 24-28. It will begin at 8:30 p.m. EST, following the finale of the Overdrive-Red Eye Radio Trucker Talent Search, which begins at 8 p.m. Former “American Trucker” host and trucking advocate Robb Mariani will emcee the Pride & Polish awards.

C.J. Donovan’s 1984 Peterbilt 362 is entered in the Limited Mileage and Antique categories.
Christopher Kulow’s 2020 Peterbilt 389 is competing in the Working Bobtail, 2014-2021 category.
This 2020 Western Star 5700XE, owned by Skip Durbin, is competing in the Working Bobtail, 2014-2021 class.
Daniel and Phyllis Snow’s 1996 Freightliner Classic XL is competing in the Working Combo, 2015 and older, and Interior classes.
This 2007 Kenworth W900L, owned by Jose Williams, is entered in the Working Combo, 2015 and older class.
Kody and Edith Giacomo’s 2017 Kenworth W900L is competing in the Working Combo 2016-2021 class.
