Reese Phillips pulls reefer freight with his 2000 Kenworth W900 that he purchased new. He has put all 2.6 million miles on the truck, which he initially used to haul livestock. He uses the rig to haul potatoes from Idaho to Illinois and picks up LTL freight to go back.

Third-generation owner-operator's beautifully-rebuilt 1990 Kenworth W900L

After the truck was retired about three years ago, owner Joel Anker had it rebuilt into a show truck. The hard work paid off, with a fifth-place finish in the Limited Mileage -- Bobtail with Miles class at MATS in March.
