Shell Rotella’s annual SuperRigs competition will be held June 11-13 at the Retama Park in Selma, Texas, outside of San Antonio.

Owner-operators with actively working trucks from across the U.S. and Canada can compete for cash and prizes worth more than $25,000. Shell also will use the event to pick 12 trucks to be featured in its 2016 Rotella SuperRigs calendar.

SuperRigs entrants will receive a gift package valued at more than $50, while supplies last, as well as MyMilesMatter bonus miles.

The show, which will take place about 20 miles northeast of San Antonio at Exit 174-A off of I-35, will feature events for drivers and their families, including games, classic car clubs, a barbecue cook-off, a vendor area and the Rotella Road Show.

Texas musician Phil Pritchett will also place a free live concert for attendees.

A truck parade will be held Friday night, June 12 at the horse racing track adjacent to the park, and a fireworks show and light contest will follow.

Truck judging will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday (June 11 and 12), and between 9 a.m. and noon on Saturday, June 13. Judging takes about 20 minutes, and contestants do not need to stay at the show or be present to win.

Members of the trucking press will be the judges, and trucks will be scored on exterior appearance, design, detail and finish, originality and workmanship.
