The move is intended to express disapproval of the agency’s reported intent to delay the Entry Level Driver Training rule by as much as two years’ time. Trucker files class action lawsuit against CBD gummy manufacturer after failed drug test
Illinois-based trucker Trevor Darrow alleges that the JustCBD gummies he bought, manufactured by Just Brands USA, had a “No THC” label on the package. He tested positive for THC and lost his job after taking the product to help him sleep.

FMCSA to charge carriers $1.25 per query in new drug and alcohol clearinghouse
Carriers, including small carriers who only employ a few drivers, will have to pay FMCSA $1.25 per query into the looming Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, which will compile records of all drivers who have failed or refused a drug or alcohol test.
