High driver turnover correlated with higher OOS, crash volumes and CSA scores
Data firm Vigillo found a close correlation between high turnover and generally more negative carrier numbers in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s compliance rating program. Also: FAST Act CSA requirements update — suggested CSA changes expected late Spring/early Summer.
