Love’s opens Hagerstown, Md., store

Love’s Travel Stops has opened its second Maryland location with a new store in Hagerstown.

Located at exit 10A on I-81, the new store offers truck drivers 84 truck parking spaces, Subway and Wendy’s restaurants, seven showers, eight fuel pumps, Cat scales, a Love’s Truck Tire Care center and more.

The other Maryland Love’s location is in Cumberland on I-68.

FMCSA offers details on proposed HOS-flexibility pilot programs

Following DOT Secretary Sean Duffy's announcement of the launch of the pilot programs Monday, FMCSA released proposals showing one pilot would add more split-sleeper berth options, while the other would allow drivers to pause their 14-hour clock for up to 3 hours per duty cycle.
