This song rings true in I think most relationships. Mine anyway. Although happily married now for 14 years with 3 boys, this song brings back memories of days gone by. Keith Whitley hit a home run with me on this one.
I used a karaoke program called Wurrly to record it in the back of my truck. It does add an echo effect, but my vocals are a straight cut, no alterations or any other enhancements.
