The contestant videos for the 2017 Overdrive-Red Eye Radio’s Trucker Talent Search are now live. Visit the contest page or click below to watch the YouTube playlist.
A panel of judges will watch all the videos and select three finalists — to be announced in mid-June — who will attend The Great American Trucking Show in Dallas in August and will compete live for first place, which comes with a studio recording session provided by AxleOutPro, plus a $1,000 cash prize. The winner will also be featured in a fall issue of Overdrive.
The live GATS event’s emcee and special musical guest is trucker and singer-songwriter Tony Justice. The below video is 2016 winner Jason Lee Wilson’s studio recording, produced by AxleOutPro.
