Cozad purchases Reliance Trailer

Reliance trailer parts, sales and service have been purchased by Cozad Trailer Sales, LLC, the Stockton, Calif.-based, heavy-haul and construction trailer company announced.

Operations will be located at Cozad’s manufacturing facility and dealership in Stockton. Inquiries about Reliance, Sturdy Weld, Alloy and Comet parts and services can be made to Steve Clark, parts manager, at (209) 931-3000.

EPA to end DEF derates, roll back emissions warranty reg

Instead of the truck derating toward shutdown in steps with a DEF fault, the rule proposes that the driver or machine operator would receive an audible or visible alert. The engine would operate normally. At once, longer required manufacturer warranties of emissions equipment will be eliminated, too.
