Michele is a self-described “country girl.” She’s usually found wearing her boots, hats and jeans, and her boss at H & H Transport, Jerry Hickox, says she loves riding four-wheelers and going to rodeos on her off time. Hickox remembers when Michele started driving for the company in 2001. “She managed to load and unload several times a day on one of our heaviest routes and kept on schedule,” he says.
