Bridgestone Americas announced this week it will be increasing prices of Firestone-branded truck and bus tires, effective Feb. 1.

Firestone truck and bus radial tire prices will increase by 4 percent due to “increased business costs and other market dynamics,” the company says.

Commercial tire sales teams will be contacting customers to provide more detailed information about the changes.

Bridgestone in November increased National Account, National Fleet and National Fleet Preferred account prices on all Bridgestone and Firestone truck and bus radial tires, Bandag retreads and tire-related services. Michelin followed suit in December with an increase as well.
