Missouri ballot would tackle tolls; ‘No polish required’
Aug. 5 ballot measure, with enough yes votes, would essentially raise the state sales tax by three-quarters of 1 percent and devote those new collected funds exclusively to fund transportation infrastructure — and expressly prohibit tolling.
