FMCSA: âConclusiveâ that no driver info was compromised in registry outage
FMCSA has confirmed to Overdrive that no personal information on drivers was exposed in a recent attempt by an unauthorized party to access the agencyâs National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. The registry, which is used by drivers to find DOT-certified medical examiners, has now been down for nearly 4 months.

A trucker was charged with attempting to fraudulently obtain a CDL in Utah after his license had been revoked, a Louisiana truck was charged with dumping gasoline into a pond, and a Missouri man was charged with hauling liquefied petroleum across state lines without a CDL.
