Virginiaâs I-81 toll legislation introduced, trucking groups threaten litigation
Identical bills were introduced in the Virginia House and Senate that would establish tolls on I-81. Truckers would pay a maximum of $55.25 to cross the state in one direction, while car drivers would only be charged two-thirds that amount. Car drivers could reduce tolls by purchasing an annual pass.
