No-ELD violations in the ‘soft enforcement’ period — 395.8(a) not the only incorrect infraction being issued
There’s evidence some inspectors are incorrectly encoding no-ELD violations under CSA-score-contributing, AOBRD-related 395.15 violation codes in addition to previously reported 395.8(a) codes in the soft enforcement period.
